1. What is Miraplacid Screen Capture?

Miraplacid Screen Capture is a tool for making screen shots and converting them to images of desired formats without expensive image processing tools.

2. How it's better than regular PrintScreen button?

To make a screenshot using regular PrintScreen button, you need:
  1. Press "PrintScreen" button
  2. Launch image processing tool
  3. Open new image (document) in this tool
  4. Paste image from Clipboard to that new document
  5. Make necessary steps to tune the image
  6. "Save As" the image to needed format and location
If you have properly configured Miraplacid Screen Capture, you need to do:
  1. Press "PrintScreen" button
  2. In pop-up Screen Capture dialog press "Save" button.
If you need to change your settings, this will take one step more.

3. Why I cannot register my copy of Screen Capture?

Please, read carefully receipt you have received upon purchasing Screen Capture.
In Screen Capture registration window, you have to fill out 3 fields: First name, Last name and Keycode.
You can find these parameters in your receipt. Please, enter them into Screen Capture registration window exactly as shown in the receipt, preserving case, marks, etc. All parameters are case-sensitive.

4. Setup.exe fails to start.

Run Setup Wizard (setup.exe) from command line with "-log" parameter: setup.exe -log
It will generate "setup.log" in the current folder. Attach this log file to e-mail and send it to support@miraplacid.com Miraplacid Support will be with you shortly.

5. Why I cannot make screenshot of my console application?

This is limitation of Windows. You cannot make screenshots of console applications in full-screen mode.
Also, you will be unable to make screenshots of DOS graphics applications (games).

15. How can I buy Miraplacid Screen Capture without credit/debit card?

Our billing system accepts various checks, wire transfrers and PayPal. To verify this, you may press "Purchase" button at Screen Capture page and, after currency selection and quantity update, you will able to choose your preferred payment method.

16. I have paid by check. How long I have to wait to receive the registration code?

If you think that you are waiting too long, please, feel free to contact us via e-mail: support@miraplacid.com. There may be just post or billing processing delay.

17. What is your refund policy?

We offer free trial version of Miraplacid Screen Capture to allow the customer the ability to evaluate them prior to purchasing the full version. Please download and install the trial version before purchasing our software. Refunds are not normally given unless there is a serious issue that cannot be resolved by our technical support.
